Jazzy Graphics
Extra Cash slot is a newish slot with good animated graphics. It is very different to the old, rather tired slot design of basic artwork that all looks the same. The background is very detailed, showing a city street scene with a paperboy to the left of the reels. For some reason all of the buildings in the scene are purple, giving the slot an overwhelmingly purple appearance. The symbols are done in a cartoon style which lends the whole game a rather cheerful feel.
Paper Boy them
This may seem like a rather odd theme for a slot game. Extra Cash slot is based around the old fashioned paper boy who used to deliver the newspaper to your door every morning, sometimes throwing it through your window. He stands t the left of the reels, looking at the various theme related symbols on them and occasionally turning some wild. The five theme based symbols are joined on the reels by icons from a deck of poker cards which are at the bottom of the paytable. The theme based symbols however are much more lucrative with the newspapers and red cart being worth 200 coins, the kiosk 250, the dog 300 and the old timey car 400 for five identical symbols all in a row.
Respins and Sticky wilds
As previously mentioned out paper boy stands to the left of the reels, and occasionally throws wilds onto them. This happens during the free spins round when the extra wilds will become sticky and remain on the reels for the duration of the spins. During the base game wilds behave normally, showing up on reels two three and four and only replacing other base symbols in the game and not becoming sticky.
Scatters can be found on any reels however and three to five of them will grant you access to the free spins round. The amount of free spins is related to the amount of scatters that you find. The more scatters the more free spins.
The respins feature comes into play when you get two three or four scatters on the reels during the base game. The remaining reels that don’t have scatters will respin to give you the chance of possibly landing more and thus getting more free spins.
